Returns, Cancellations and Refund Policy:

1. Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are refundable within 7 calendar days of purchase.
After the 7-day period has passed, no refunds or cancellations will be accepted for any reason, including changes of mind, product delays, or updated release dates.

If you wish to request a refund within the 7-day window, please contact us at [your email address] with your order number and proof of purchase.
 

2. Merchandise Sales (Final Sale)

All merchandise items — including but not limited to T-shirts, posters, keychains, enamel pins, and accessories — are final sale.
Once purchased, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless they arrive defective or damaged due to an error on our part.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery with photos of the issue. Replacement eligibility will be determined at our discretion.
 

3. eBook and Paperback Sales

All digital and print book purchases — including eBooks, manga volumes, and paperback copies — are nonrefundable once the order is processed.

However, customers may request a store credit of equal value within 7 calendar days of purchase, which can be applied toward another item or future release. Store credits are nontransferable and expire 90 days from the date issued.
 

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only if they have not yet entered production or fulfillment. Once production, printing, or shipment has begun, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel your order before this stage. Approval of cancellations is at our sole discretion.
 

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

We carefully inspect all products prior to shipment. In the rare case of receiving a defective or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 5 business days of receipt.

  • Include clear photos and your order number.

  • We will verify the issue and, if approved, send a replacement or issue store credit.

We reserve the right to refuse claims that show signs of misuse, wear, or alteration after delivery.
 

6. Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once your package has been transferred to the carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, etc.), delivery times are beyond our control.
Lost or delayed packages should first be reported to the carrier using your tracking number. RPX Media Production is not responsible for carrier errors, stolen packages, or shipping delays caused by weather, customs, or other external factors.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we may issue a replacement or credit at our discretion.
 

7. Unauthorized Returns

We do not accept unauthorized returns. Any items returned without prior approval will not be refunded or credited and may be returned to the sender at their expense.
 

8. Policy Enforcement

By completing a purchase with RPX Media Production, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refunds & Cancellations Policy.
RPX Media Production reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
